Project Manager // Facade //

 Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager at One of the Metal Industries LLC in United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire cycle of the execution of the projects in the company. He has to have necessary experience in the execution of the projects in our felid of work.
Must have proven experience, in project planning, mobilization, controls, billing, and contractual regulations. He has to see the project happen as per the approved design, and stability and meet all the requirements laid out. The person is responsible for the execution of the project by monitoring it for its design, materials, and manpower necessary by coordinating with the office, contractor, consultant, and production department.
Qualifications
Bachelor of engineering, in mechanical field or civil.
Good experience in Building Envelope and Facade industry
Strong Knowledge of Aluminium, Glass, ACP and Architectural elements shop drawing and designing in all local UAE systems and European systems.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in relevant software.
 Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the role of project execution of Aluminium, glass, and architectural elements in UAE.
UAE Driving license must
