How Does Subscription RPO Work?
Requirement Planning
We discuss and understand your hiring requirement in terms of open positions, skills, and experience levels, etc. and share a proposal accordingly.
Payment and Job Initiation
Once you receive the proposal and agree on the engagement terms, you make an advance payment for the monthly package you select. We start sourcing candidates.
Negotiation & Offer Rollout
Having selected the right candidate we negotiate with them on your behalf and try to get the best possible deal that’s a win-win proposition for both of you.
Onboarding Assistance
After the offer is roll out and accepted, if required, we can also help you with candidate onboarding. Onboarding assistance comes at an extra cost.
